Job summary

Doxel is seeking a seasoned sales enablement leader in the UAE to design and launch the company’s first formal enablement program, building infrastructure and curricula that turn AEs into construction domain experts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align enablement with product releases, develop AI-assisted training and certification frameworks, and create repeatable playbooks for discovery and messaging.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, sales training, or enablement.
• Proven track record in teaching and coaching complex domains.
• Fluency with modern AI tools for content production and training.
• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger).
• Ability to build programs from scratch (0→1 experience).

• Design and operationalize the company's first formal sales enablement program and infrastructure
• Develop curricula that turn generalist AEs into construction domain experts
• Build repeatable, AI-supported training systems and certification frameworks
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, including discovery frameworks and messaging
