Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a Sales Enablement Lead for its EMEA GTM team to design onboarding, build a centralized knowledge base, and drive ongoing enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement, GTM operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, programme management, consulting, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of B2B or enterprise sales motions; public sector/government experience is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to turn complex information into practical field materials.
• Strong programme management instincts; can run multiple workstreams with cross-functional alignment.
• High commercial judgement and curiosity; able to translate seller needs into enablement.
• Ability to influence across Sales, Strategy, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and People.
• Builder mindset; create structure from scratch and iterate quickly.
• Attention to quality and detail with speed and practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a structured onboarding programme for new EMEA GTM hires across sales, strategy, solutions, and adjacent commercial roles.
• Create ramp plans, learning paths, certification moments, manager check-ins, and field exercises.
• Build and maintain a centralised EMEA GTM knowledge base with templates, FAQs, demos, talk tracks, and collateral.
• Partner with central teams to adapt global content into practical EMEA assets and establish governance.
• Develop recurring enablement cadence: product updates, deal deconstructions, customer stories, market briefings, and training.
• Identify capability gaps and translate them into focused enablement programmes.
• Develop training on discovery, qualification, proposal writing, technical scoping, public-sector procurement, stakeholder mapping, and forecasting.
• Support priority deals by creating reusable tools, templates, and playbooks.
