Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Direct Response Video Editor based in the United Arab Emirates. You will produce short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, turning user-generated content and product demos into conversion-focused creative assets.

Collaborating with growth strategists, you will test hooks and calls to action, craft scripts, and design high-converting static creatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years editing direct response ads for DTC brands.
Strong paid social video portfolio demonstrating performance storytelling.
Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
Proficiency with at least one major editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Working knowledge of Photoshop for clear static ad assets.
Familiar with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Pika).

Responsibilities

Produce short-form advertising videos for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
Edit user-generated content, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led videos into ads.
Develop multiple variations of hooks, CTAs, messaging angles for testing.
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production.
Write or adapt scripts and advertising copy for benefits and action.
Create high-converting static creatives for paid social campaigns.
Use templates and systems to ensure on-brand assets efficiently.
Source and organize user-generated content and stock footage.
Collaborate with strategists and growth teams on campaign objectives.
Refine creatives based on feedback and campaign insights.
