You will edit short-form ads, add captions and motion graphics, test variations, and collaborate with creative strategy, copy, and paid media teams. Based in the UAE, you should tightly manage pace, hooks, and platform-native edits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing paid-social video for DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Portfolio with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and platform-native edits.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form paid-social ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Turn scripts, briefs, raw footage, UGC, product assets and existing content into clear, persuasive ads.
• Build strong opening hooks and maintain pace, clarity and attention throughout each edit.
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, music, product callouts and calls to action where needed.
• Create multiple hook, structure and pacing variations for testing.
• Recut winning concepts and produce fresh iterations based on performance feedback.
• Work closely with creative strategy, copy and paid media teams.
• Adapt edits to each brand while keeping the work native to the platform.
• Organise source files, project files and exports so work is easy to review and reuse.
• Manage a high output of edits without losing accuracy or quality.
• Contribute to a range of creative styles, including UGC, animation, AI-assisted creative and mixed-media formats.
