Job summary

EFS Facilities Services Group is seeking an Instructional Design & Digital Learning Specialist in Dubai to convert business knowledge into scalable, engaging digital learning experiences. The role centers on instructional design and content development, not classroom delivery, using tools like Storyline/Rise 360 and other multimedia platforms.

You will analyze learning needs, design structured learning journeys, and produce SCORM-ready content while collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional-storyboarding and content-writing capability
• Experience with designing and developing blended learning products
• Ability to simplify complex information into learner-friendly content
• Project-management capability and handling multiple content projects

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and development of eLearning, microlearning, videos and other digital assets
• Collaborate with SMEs and functional SPOCs to structure and approve course content
• Create scenarios, simulations, assessments, and SCORM-compliant content
• Produce LMS-ready materials and ensure quality through instructional/editorial reviews
• Use AI to support course outlining, storyboarding and content adaptation
• Maintain organised source files and version control for all content
