Job summary

At EFS Facilities Services Group we are seeking an Instructional Design & Digital Learning Specialist to craft engaging, scalable learning for our professional workforce. This role focuses on end-to-end design, including eLearning, microlearning, videos and assessments, converting business briefs into polished learning products.

You will work with SMEs to ensure content is accurate, confidential and relevant, using AI to enhance outlining, storyboarding and content adaptation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ID or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning.
• Experience creating corporate learning content for professionals.
• Proficiency with Storyline and Rise 360.
• Strong storyboard and content writing skills.
• Knowledge of adult-learning principles and ADDIE/SAM/Bloom’s Taxonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning-needs analysis and translate requirements into objectives.
• Design structured learning journeys across topics including leadership and digital topics.
• Develop interactive eLearning and microlearning modules using authoring tools.
• Produce LMS-ready and SCORM-compliant content.
• Develop storyboards, facilitator decks, participant workbooks, job aids and videos.
• Convert policies and processes into learner-friendly content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate and approve content.
• Create scenario-based, decision-based and simulation-based learning.
• Write instructional content, checks, scripts and assessment questions.
• Create or coordinate learning videos, voiceovers and screen recordings.
