Lever, Inc. is seeking an E‑Learning Instructional Designer based in the United Arab Emirates for a fully remote, six‑month contract.

You will transform complex information into engaging online learning experiences, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver impactful, standards-aligned content. You will develop storyboards, content, and multimedia assets, manage LMS/SCORM environments, and ensure quality and usability across the full learning lifecycle, while exploring new technologies

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of relevant experience in instructional design, education, or training.
• Hands-on experience developing interactive multimedia learning content using Articulate.
• Practical experience with an LMS and SCORM.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and instructional content development skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and audio/video scripts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor code amendments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts to support learning objectives.
• Develop, organize, and manage learning content for LMS and SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable learner experiences.
• Ensure learning materials comply with standards and copyright requirements.
• Develop supporting resources and training to facilitate effective e-learning delivery.
• Support the design, development, and handover of e-learning projects.
• Work with instructional designers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review and improve existing learning programs and delivery methods.
• Stay informed about instructional design practices and learning technology trends.
