Job Type: Full-Time
Overview
The Business Technology Analyst supports Al‑Futtaim Finance through a major transformation across digital platforms, data, customer experience, CRM, core systems, vendor management, and operating model improvement. The role involves active problem solving, structured thinking, stakeholder coordination, delivery follow‑through, data‑backed recommendations, and senior decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive transformation workstreams from early problem framing through structured planning, decision‑making, execution, and delivery.
- Work across several initiatives simultaneously, maintaining momentum amid changing priorities.
- Partner with digital, product, engineering, finance, and business teams to progress CRM, core platform, data, and customer experience initiatives.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements, analysis plans, options, recommendations, and implementation steps.
- Build business cases, impact models, financial assumptions, and decision‑support materials for investment and transformation choices.
- Analyze data to size opportunities, identify business impact, pressure‑test assumptions, and support leadership decisions.
- Redesign processes focusing on future‑state outcomes rather than simply documenting existing workflows.
- Support the design of improved operating models across digital products, technology platforms, customer journeys, and service delivery.
- Produce executive‑grade materials including board packs, steering committee updates, decision papers, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Prepare clear, sharp, and structured communication suitable for senior and President‑level audiences.
- Review vendor proposals, challenge assumptions, compare options, and help leadership make informed technology or delivery decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to unblock delivery issues and keep transformation workstreams moving.
- Track actions, risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow‑ups across teams that may not report directly to the role.
- Support digital product adoption by helping business users understand new processes, tools, platforms, and customer experience improvements.
- Work with data, CRM, technology, and business stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.
- Maintain strong visibility on project progress, blockers, timelines, and outcomes.
- Contribute to transformation governance through accurate reporting, stakeholder updates, and structured issue escalation.
- Apply a practical builder mindset by moving quickly from analysis to action while maintaining quality and commercial discipline.

- Strong academic background, consulting experience, or high‑performance business environment exposure preferred.

- Ability to structure complex problems quickly and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build senior‑level presentations and decision materials.
- Experience preparing board packs, steering committee updates, executive summaries, or leadership briefing documents.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
- Comfortable working across strategy, execution, product, process, data, and vendor management.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure with strong ownership and follow‑through.
- Startup mindset with curiosity, accountability, pace, and energy for change.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
