Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead in Dubai, responsible for driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives. You will lead delivery of digital programs and manage both Capex and Opex budgets while ensuring a seamless integration of cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, with at least 5 years in financial services or large-scale CRM ecosystems. Join us to shape innovative digital strategies across a diversified group operating in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise delivery management.
• At least 5 years of experience within financial services, fintech, or large-scale CRM ecosystems.
• Certified Agile or Scrum Master, PMP-Agile, or SAFe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
• Implement agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Manage Capex and Opex budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
