Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring an Assistant Manager – Digital Channels to join the Digital Marketing Team. You will own digital content across resort systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy across CMS, DAM, website, app and booking engines.

The role requires hands-on CMS/DAM experience, excellent editorial judgment, and the ability to collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Spa, Entertainment and IT to deliver timely content. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in digital content management across multiple channels and platforms.
• Proven track record with luxury/hospitality brands, including pre-opening or relaunches.
• Hands-on with enterprise CMS and DAM; familiarity with CRM/email tools and booking engines.
• Strong editorial judgement, SEO, metadata and digital UX knowledge.
• Excellent organisational skills; able to manage workflows across stakeholders.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic/Russian/Mandarin) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own digital content across resort systems and ensure a single source of truth.
• Manage content in CMS, DAM, website, app, booking engine, CRM/email, dining/spa reservations, and listings.
• Build and maintain a master content calendar for campaigns, offers, events and activities.
• Publish and QA content across desktop, mobile and app; ensure quality control.
• Maintain asset library with naming, tagging, metadata and usage rights.
