Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Abu Dhabi seeks a Content Owner to lead digital content across all resort systems, ensuring a single source of truth for text, imagery, video and offers.

You will manage CMS, DAM, CMS platforms, CRM/email tools, booking engines, and social publishing, coordinating with Rooms, F&B, Spa, Gaming, and IT to deliver timely, SEO-friendly content in multiple languages. A proven track record in content governance and publishing workflows is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content management across multiple platforms.
• Experience owning content operations for luxury/hospitality brands, including pre-opening or relaunches.
• Hands-on with enterprise CMS and DAM platforms; familiarity with CRM/email and booking engines.
• Strong editorial judgement, proofreading, and understanding of SEO, metadata, structured data and digital UX.
• Organised with content workflows, approvals, version control, and deadlines.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central owner of digital content across all resort systems.
• Manage content within the CMS, DAM, website, mobile app, booking engine, CRM, email, and more.
• Build and maintain a master content calendar for campaigns, offers, and seasonal moments.
• Oversee publishing, QA, and proofing across desktop, mobile and app.
• Maintain asset metadata, usage rights and expiry tracking.
• Define content standards, workflows, approvals, and version control.
• Lead localisation across languages and optimise content for search and AI discovery.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Spa, Entertainment, Gaming, Revenue, PR, and IT.
• Track content performance and refine messaging and calls to action.
