Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Employee Culture and Internal Communications team in the UAE. Translate ideas into visual content for handbooks, campaigns, and internal channels.

Produce photography and video assets, maintain brand integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the employer brand. 3+ years in design and a strong portfolio are required, with fluency in English and Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in hospitality, luxury, or service brands.
• Strong portfolio across print, digital, photography, and multimedia content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Translate information into compelling visual experiences for handbooks, presentations, posters, signage, and print/digital materials.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce assets for colleague campaigns, initiatives, and events from brief to delivery.
• Create engaging content for internal screens and colleague communications to inform and inspire.
• Capture, edit, and produce photography and video showcasing people, culture, milestones and moments.
• Protect Wynn brand and maintain visual identity and quality across assets.
• Strengthen employer brand through storytelling to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a library of design, photography, video, and brand assets for consistency.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Marketing, and other teams to deliver on-brand content.

Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets for colleague campaigns, initiatives, and events, transforming ideas into polished, high-impact content from brief to final delivery.

Create engaging content for internal screens, and colleague-facing communication channels that inform, inspire, and strengthen connection.

Capture, edit, and produce photography and video that showcases our people, culture, milestones, and everyday moments with authenticity and artistry.

Champion and protect the Wynn brand, ensuring every creative asset reflects our visual identity, uncompromising standards, and commitment to excellence.

Build and maintain a thoughtfully curated library of design, photography, video, and brand assets that supports consistency and creative excellence across the business.

Partner with teams across People & Culture, Marketing, and other departments to understand objectives, shape creative concepts, and deliver content that is engaging, impactful, and on brand.

Collaborate with external agencies, production partners, and suppliers to ensure exceptional quality and flawless execution across all creative deliverables.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Visual Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or service-led brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across print, digital, photography, and multimedia content.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Proficiency in photography and videography, including planning, shooting, editing, and producing content for digital, social media, and internal communication channels.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects preferred.

Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas and messages into engaging and impactful content.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
