Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks an Assistant Manager to lead employee culture and internal communications. You will draft announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages while ensuring brand voice across channels.

You will coordinate content calendars, support EVP activation, plan events, and collaborate with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to reinforce company values in a dynamic UAE resort context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience managing internal platforms and multi-channel content.
• Experience supporting internal events in a complex organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the internal communications strategy aligned with goals and culture.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate internal communications materials and leadership messages.
• Ensure consistency of tone and brand voice across channels.
• Manage content calendars and timely publication across platforms.
