• Guide specialist co-workers within the Communication and Interior Design department.
• Ensure team members receive equipment safety and security training.
• Manage development programmes that strengthen store performance.
• Build succession plans for visual merchandising positions.
• Participate in recruitment to fill vacancies with suitable candidates.
• Review employee survey results and address areas of low satisfaction.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable and performance-focused team culture.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. At least five years of experience within an IKEA Communication and Interior Design department is required. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to lead the planning, presentation and implementation of range-display solutions. Strong familiarity with IKEA visual standards, store activities and commercial priorities is essential.
