Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Change Manager & Training Lead to support the UAE schools. This is a six-month fixed-term delivery role focused on driving readiness, adoption and sustained usage of new digital platforms and processes across schools and HQ.

You will design stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption tracking and reinforcement activities for LMS rollout, parent platforms, payments, CRM, and operational redesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Change Management, or related field.
• Change Management certification preferred (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
• Training / Learning Design certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management and training across Aldar Education's digital initiatives.
• Design and execute change and communications strategies and materials.
• Deliver role-based training across schools and HQ locations.
• Track adoption metrics and develop reinforcement plans.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple programme workstreams.
• Support go-live planning and post-implementation adoption.
