Job summary

Aldar Academies seeks a dynamic Lead to drive end-to-end change management and training across its Digital Transformation portfolio in UAE. You will design stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption reinforcement across schools and HQ functions, ensuring successful system rollouts and sustained usage.

The role covers LMS content development, webinars, and train-the-trainer delivery, with a 6‑month fixed-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Change Management certification preferred (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
• Training/Learning Design certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management across Aldar Education digital initiatives.
• Design and execute change and communications strategies.
• Deliver role-based training across schools and HQ.
• Drive adoption and business readiness for new systems.
• Establish and manage school champion network.
• Develop training materials guides and digital learning content.
• Track adoption metrics and deliver reinforcement plans.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple programme workstreams.
• Support go-live planning and post-implementation adoption.
• Work closely with product operations and school stakeholders.
