Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Change Manager & Training Lead to drive end-to-end change management and training across our UAE schools and HQ. You will design stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies, ensuring adoption of new digital platforms and processes.

The role involves leading a multi initiative rollout including LMS, parent platforms, payments, CRM, and related processes, with a fixed-term 6-month delivery window and a strong emphasis on business readiness and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and change management training.
• Experience with LMS platforms and developing training materials is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management across Aldar Education digital initiatives.
• Design and execute change and communications strategies.
• Deliver role-based training across schools and HQ.
• Drive adoption and business readiness for new systems.
• Establish and manage school champion network.
• Develop training materials, guides and digital learning content.
• Track adoption metrics and deliver reinforcement plans.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple programme workstreams.
• Support go-live planning and post-implementation adoption.
• Work closely with product, operations, and school stakeholders.
