Dautom is seeking a dedicated SME for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking QA, with a focus on localization and Arabic UI/UX. You will validate RTL layout Rendering and ensure accurate language localization across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

The role requires 5–8 years of mobile/digital banking QA experience and fluency in Arabic and English banking terminology, with certifications such as CMAP or ISTQB Foundation preferred.

• Certifications CMAP and ISTQB Foundation are preferred.

Role Summary: Dedicated SME for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking (IBMB) platforms, specializing in localization, regional compliance, and Arabic UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate Right-to-Left (RTL) layout rendering and flawless Arabic language localization across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Execute usability and omnichannel integration testing to ensure consistent customer journeys.
• Audit digital builds against CBUAE accessibility and customer protection mandates prior to UAT.
• Core Skill Set: Deep mobile ecosystem knowledge, UI/UX testing, localization/internationalization frameworks. Fluent in Arabic and English banking terminology.
• Years of Experience: 5–8 years in mobile/digital banking QA.
• Preferred Certifications: Mobile Application Testing (CMAP), ISTQB Foundation.
