Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated mobile testing for retail banking digital onboarding and card solutions.
• Lead and manage a team, allocate tasks, and prepare reporting (DSR, WSR, MSR).
• Set up, maintain, and improve the test automation framework and object repository.
• Write and maintain automation scripts and test data containers.
• Conduct dry testing of automation scripts and review scripts for quality and compliance.
• Manage project risks, identify challenges, and communicate automation issues to stakeholders.
• Plan effort estimates and handle project management duties related to testing.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer (STE) with 2–4 years in a leadership role.
• Domain expertise in SME and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in mobile testing, cards, retail banking, and onboarding domains.
