Sundus in Abu Dhabi seeks a Business Banking Channels & Core Applications QA Analyst to test digital business banking channels and core banking integrations, ensuring seamless customer experiences across digital platforms and backend systems.

You will develop test scenarios, perform end-to-end testing, validate maker-checker workflows, verify channel integrations and entitlements, test authentication controls, and support deployment verification and post-deployment testing.

Competenze

• 5+ years of QA experience in banking or financial services.
• 3+ years in Business Banking Channels or Digital Banking.
• UAE or GCC banking experience preferred.
• Experience with corporate/business banking channels desirable.
• Exposure to digital transformation programmes advantageous.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Purpose

Responsible for testing digital business banking channels and core banking integrations to ensure seamless customer experiences across digital channels and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios for banking channels and transaction workflows.
• Perform end-to-end testing of customer servicing journeys across digital banking platforms.
• Validate maker-checker workflows and transaction approval processes.
• Verify channel integrations and user entitlements.
• Test authentication and authorization controls to ensure secure access and transactions.
• Support deployment verification and post-deployment testing.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Business Banking Channels or Digital Banking.
• UAE or GCC banking experience is preferred.
• Experience with corporate or business banking channels is highly desirable.
• Exposure to digital transformation programmes is an advantage.
