Dicetek LLC is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for our digital banking initiatives in the UAE. You will shape a data-driven product backlog, prioritise features by value, risk and effort, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, Program Management, or related transformation roles.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across business, technology, operations, data, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making decisions on feature prioritization based on value, effort, and risk.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify improvements and new opportunities.
