Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior specialist with 10+ years in credit cards across business and technology areas. The role targets candidates with experience in large core banking or cards platform transformations or migrations, and familiarity with UAE/GCC regulatory landscapes including AECB.

Proven knowledge of card management systems (Way4, HPS PowerCARD, TSYS, Euronet) and mastery of Visa/Mastercard schemes, ISO 8583, EMV and 3-D Secure is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in credit cards within banking (business and tech focus).
• Experience in large core banking or cards platform transformations or migrations.
• UAE or GCC cards market experience preferred, including familiarity with AECB and local regulations.
