Job summary

Befit Sports Club seeks a DHA-licensed Home Care Nurse to deliver comprehensive, preventive, and regenerative care in patients' homes in Dubai. The role focuses on diagnostic screenings, personalized nursing, and managing chronic diseases with an integrative approach.

You will collaborate with physicians and wellness teams to implement wellness plans, educate patients and families, and maintain meticulous EMR records in a home-based care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in home care.
• Strong background in preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Certifications in IV therapy, regenerative medicine, functional nursing, or palliative care are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive home-based diagnostic screenings including vital signs and laboratory sample collection.
• Administer and monitor functional and regenerative therapies (IV therapy, peptide/exosome injections, PRP) in home settings.
• Manage chronic diseases with home-based care plans, basic monitoring, and patient education.
• Provide nutrition, hydration, stress management, and sleep hygiene guidance to patients and families.
• Ensure DHA compliance, infection control, sterile techniques, and accurate EMR documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and conduct telemedicine when needed.

Job description

We are seeking a DHAlicensed Home Care Nurse with a strong emphasis on diagnostic screenings as the foundation of patient care. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in integrating functional medicine regenerative therapies and wellnessfocused treatments in a home care setting assisting in managing and treating chronic diseases. This role requires a holistic patientcentered approach to health management ensuring comprehensive evidencebased and personalized nursing care at the patient s home with a strong focus on preventive care and patient education.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. HomeBased Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive Nursing Care
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic screenings at patients homes including:
  • Vital signs monitoring (blood pressure heart rate oxygen saturation etc..)
  • Blood sample collection for laboratory analysis.
  • Metabolic and functional health assessments.
  • Assess patient health history lifestyle and risk factors for early disease detection.
  • Collaborate with physicians to implement customized wellness and preventive care plans.
• 2. Functional & Regenerative Medicine Support in Home Care
  • Assist in administering and monitoring functional and regenerative therapies including:
  • Homebased IV therapy (customized nutrient infusions NAD therapy ozone therapy vitamin infusions).
  • IM injections for peptide and exosome therapy.
  • PRP therapy preparation and regenerative wound care management.
  • Pain management through holistic and alternative therapies.
  • Educate patients and families on integrative health strategies aligned with functional and regenerative medicine.
• 3. Chronic Disease Management & Holistic Home Nursing Care
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with chronic diseases including:
  • Diabetes & metabolic disorders (home glucose monitoring lifestyle coaching).
  • Cardiovascular conditions (hypertension management ECG monitoring).
  • Autoimmune & inflammatory diseases (pain management nutritional support).
  • Hormonal imbalances (personalized lifestyle guidance).
  • Postoperative recovery & wound care (monitoring and rehabilitation support).
  • Monitor patient progress and update electronic medical records (EMR) for homebased health tracking.
• 4. Patient Education Family Training & Lifestyle Coaching
  • Educate patients and families on preventive health strategies disease management and medication adherence.
  • Provide nutritional counseling hydration therapy stress management techniques and sleep hygiene guidance.
  • Train caregivers and family members in basic health monitoring emergency response and safe medication administration.
  • Offer remote health guidance and telemedicine support when needed.
• 5. Compliance Medical Ethics & Clinical Standards in Home Care
  • Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations home care safety protocols and infection control measures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records to document progress symptoms and treatment responses.
  • Adhere to sterile techniques safe medication handling and patient safety procedures in home care settings.
  • Stay updated on continuing medical education (CME) requirements and best practices in homebased functional medicine nursing.
• 6. Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Approach in Home Care
  • Work closely with physicians dietitians regenerative medicine specialists and wellness practitioners to ensure holistic care.
  • Coordinate home visits with lab technicians physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists as needed.
  • Participate in virtual case discussions and medical team meetings to optimize patient care.
  • Engage in training programs for home care nurses to enhance professional development and skills in functional medicine.

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
• DHAlicensed or DHAeligible as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years of experience in home care nursing.
• Strong background in preventive care chronic disease management and integrative medicine.
• Additional certifications in IV therapy regenerative medicine functional nursing or palliative care (e.g. IFM A4M IVNT or similar) are preferred.
• Expertise in homebased diagnostic screenings patient education and holistic nursing interventions.
• Strong knowledge of functional and regenerative therapies including IV protocols and cellular therapies.
• Background in Functional Medicine or working experience in Fertility Clinic is highly preferred
• Excellent communication interpersonal and patient care skills.
