Job summary

Nightingale Health Services LLC in Dubai is seeking DHA licensed or eligible RNs for our Home care Facility. Open to female DHA nurses with Neonatal/Pediatric ICU experience, available to start immediately and with fluent English communication.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 2+ years hospital experience, BLS certification, and the ability to work flexible schedules in a home care setting. Visa restrictions are to be avoided.

Qualifications

• DHA license or eligibility required.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience.
• BLS Certification.
• Nursing degree from a recognized nursing school.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care nursing to patients in the Home Care Facility.
• Perform ventilator/CPAP/BIPAP care and routine nursing procedures.
• Provide tracheostomy, NG/PEG tube care and feeding.
• Carry out suctioning, Foley catheter care, and IV cannulation as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• ONLY FEMALE DHA RN with License or active Eligibility Letter.
• Preferably with NEONATAL ICU or PEDIATRIC ICU Experience Only.
• Can Start immediately.
• Open to Any Nationality must be Fluent or with Good English Communication.
• Flexible to work on different duty schedules and timings.
• Candidates with no visa restrictions.

MUST HAVES:

• ** If not please dont waste your precious time.

• DHA license/eligibility.
• Must be in Dubai.

• Passionate about working in Home Care setting.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience necessary.

Can perform the following Clinical Skills without supervision:

• Taking care of patients on mechanical ventilator/CPAP/BIPAP.
• Tracheostomy care.
• NG Tube insertion and feeding.
• Peg tube insertion and Feeding.
• Suctioning of mucus.
• Foley catheter insertion and removal.
• IV cannulation.

• The applicant must have a Degree in Nursing from a recognized medical school.
• 2 years Hospital Experience or Home Care experience desirable
• BLS Certification.
• License in their home country.
• Middle East Nursing experience is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills is must.
• Flexible.
