Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a full‑time opportunity in the Hospital and Health Care industry for a DHA‑licensed nurse with experience in home healthcare, hospital nursing, geriatric care, long‑term care, or private patient support. The role focuses on delivering one‑to‑one nursing care in private residences and premium hotel settings, supporting patients who require professional, discreet, and personalized clinical attention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one nursing care to patients in private homes, luxury hotels, and community care settings.
• Support patients with chronic conditions, mobility limitations, geriatric care needs, long‑term care requirements, and daily clinical support.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
• Monitor vital signs, patient condition, comfort level, and changes in health status during each care visit or shift.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, nursing notes, medication records, and patient care updates.
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient care.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments when required and assist with care coordination before and after visits.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families while building respectful and trusted long‑term care relationships.
• Work within a discreet, culturally sensitive, and highly professional care environment.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, confidentiality, and clinical quality standards at all times.
• Travel within Dubai for assigned home healthcare duties and support occasional international travel if required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital, home healthcare, long‑term care, or related patient care settings.
• Experience in geriatric care, private patient care, VIP patient support, or home healthcare is preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE is preferred.

• Ability to work rotational shifts within a structured 48‑hour weekly schedule.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai for home healthcare assignments and, if required, occasional international travel.
