Job Summary AlDar Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses DHA Licensed to join our growing home healthcare team in Dubai The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care in patients homes while ensuring compliance with clinical standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements

This role requires strong clinical skills professionalism independence and a commitment to improving patients quality of life through exceptional home healthcare services

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing interventions
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and record vital signs patient progress and clinical observations
• Perform wound care catheter care medication administration and other nursing procedures as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities and patient outcomes
• Educate patients and family members regarding health conditions treatment plans and preventive care practices
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards
• Identify changes in patient condition and promptly report concerns to the supervising physician or nursing management
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Promote patient comfort dignity and wellbeing at all times

Qualifications

• Valid DHA License as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, home healthcare, or related setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
• Home healthcare experience is an advantage.
