Job summary

Befit Sports Club seeks a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong emphasis on diagnostic screenings and preventive care. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, administering therapies with the medical team, educating patients on lifestyle strategies, and maintaining compliant EMR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with preventive care and chronic disease management background.
• Certifications in functional medicine/regenerative medicine preferred (e.g. IFM, A4M, IVNT).
• Expertise in diagnostic screenings, patient education and holistic nursing interventions.
• Knowledge of functional and regenerative therapies including IV protocols.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a DHAlicensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong emphasis on diagnostic screenings as the foundation of patient care. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in integrating functional medicine regenerative therapies and wellnessfocused treatments to assist in managing and treating chronic diseases. This role requires a holistic patientcentered approach to health management ensuring comprehensive evidencebased and personalized nursing care with a strong focus on preventive care and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive Nursing Care

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic screenings including vital signs monitoring metabolic assessments and blood sample collection.
  
• Assist in evaluating patient health history lifestyle factors and risk assessments for chronic disease prevention.
  
• Collaborate with physicians to develop customized wellness and preventive care plans.
  
• Utilize evidencebased nursing interventions to support early disease detection and overall patient wellbeing.
  

2. Functional & Regenerative Medicine Support

• Assist in administering and monitoring functional and regenerative therapies.
  
• Educate patients on holistic health strategies aligned with functional and regenerative medicine principles.
  
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust care protocols in collaboration with the medical team.
  

3. Chronic Disease Management & Holistic Nursing Care

• Support physicians in managing patients with chronic conditions.
  
• Provide patientcentered nursing interventions to promote healing recovery and disease prevention.
  
• Work closely with clinical practitioners to provide integrated multidisciplinary care.
  

4. Patient Education & Lifestyle Coaching

• Educate patients on preventive care disease management and holistic health practices.
  
• Guide nutrition hydration sleep hygiene stress management and exercise.
  
• Support patient adherence to treatment plans by offering counseling and motivational coaching.
  
• Assist in conducting patient workshops wellness seminars and educational programs on functional medicine.
  

5. Compliance Medical Ethics & Clinical Standards

• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations infection control protocols and ethical nursing standards.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate electronic medical records (EMR) including patient assessments treatments and progress tracking.
  
• Adhere to sterile techniques and safety protocols in all patient care procedures.
  
• Participate in continuing medical education (CME) programs to stay updated on emerging nursing practices in functional and regenerative medicine.
  

6. Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Team Approach

• Work closely with physicians and practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Participate in clinical case discussions and contribute to the development of nursing care protocols.
  
• Engage in team training mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient safety and clinical efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with a strong background in preventive care chronic disease management and integrative medicine.
  
• Additional certifications in functional medicine regenerative medicine IV therapy or integrative nursing (e.g. IFM A4M IVNT or similar) are preferred.
  
• Expertise in diagnostic screenings patient education and holistic nursing interventions.
  
• Strong knowledge of functional and regenerative therapies including IV protocols and cellular therapies.
  
• Background in Functional Medicine or working experience in Fertility Clinic is highly preferred
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and patient care skills.
