HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced licensed nurse to provide comprehensive care before, during, and after clinical procedures. You will assist physicians in aesthetic and regenerative treatments, prepare treatment areas, and monitor patients with a focus on safety and documentation.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of UAE nursing experience, DHA/DOH licensure, and strong English communication.
Provide high-quality nursing care before, during, and after clinical treatments and procedures.
Assist physicians with stem cell therapies, regenerative medicine treatments, aesthetic procedures, and minor clinical procedures.
Prepare patients, treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with clinical protocols.
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and promptly elevate any concerns or adverse reactions.
Maintain strict standards of infection prevention, aseptic technique, sterilization, and patient safety.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, treatment notes, and EMR updates.
Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, medications, aftercare, and follow-up requirements.
Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH regulations, clinic policies, and healthcare quality standards.
Support clinic readiness for regulatory inspections, audits, and licensing requirements.
Coordinate effectively with physicians, laboratory teams, reception, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Support daily nursing operations and help maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment.
Mentor and support junior nursing staff while promoting adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid DHA or DOH Registered Nurse license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
5+ years of clinical nursing experience in the UAE, with 5–8 years preferred.
Previous experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, regenerative medicine, wellness, or premium outpatient clinics is highly preferred.
Hands‑on experience assisting with procedures such as lasers, injectables, dermatological treatments, IV therapies, or other aesthetic/clinical procedures is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of infection control, aseptic techniques, patient safety, and clinical documentation.
Good understanding of DHA/DOH regulations, licensing requirements, and healthcare quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English.
