Job summary

Aikido Security in the UAE is seeking a Medior/Senior Customer Success Engineer to bridge customers and our platform in the MENAT region. You will drive product adoption, maximize value, and help clients deploy, configure, and realize outcomes from our security solutions.

You’ll engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn, deliver training, share insights with product teams, and escalate complex issues when needed. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Medior/Senior profile with experience in customer success or TAM
• Tech-savvy with ability to debug and investigate workflows
• Strong communication and proactive attitude
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English
