Job summary

Aikido Security is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to bridge customers with our platform across the MENAT region. You will drive adoption, ensure value realization, and mitigate churn by solving onboarding and workflow challenges.

You should bring Medior/Senior CS experience and a strong technical bent to debug and optimize customer workflows, while communicating clearly in English and managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Medior/Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a "get stuff done" attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with 'accounts at risk' to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate complex issues.
