Job summary

Aikido Security is seeking a Medior/Senior Customer Success Engineer for the MENAT region. You will bridge customers and our platform, driving adoption, ensuring value realization, and reducing churn. This role requires technical acumen and proactive communication to solve complex customer issues.

You will own onboarding, deployment, and training for new clients while feeding insights back to the product team. English fluency is essential for global customer support.

Qualifications

• Medior/Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, TAM, or similar role.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a get stuff done attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.
