Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users of desktop devices (computers, phones, printers, scanners).
• Monitor and resolve routine and emergency technical issues related to desktop devices and applications.
• Assist in operating system maintenance and software installation to ensure continuous operation.
• Respond promptly to user IT needs and follow up via the Help Desk system.
• Contribute to cyber security awareness and training for employees.
