Job summary

Savills Middle East seeks a Dubai-based IT support assistant to assist the IT team with on-site and remote workstation support and maintenance of core systems. The role provides hands-on experience under senior guidance in a modern Dubai office.

You will gain exposure to Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ServiceNow, while contributing to documentation and user support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of Windows, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent English – written & spoken.
• UAE passport & family book.

Responsibilities

• Log incidents and requests in the ticketing system; resolve basic issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide on-site and remote workstation support for laptops, desktops, printers, and MS 365 apps.
• Handle password resets and AD user setup under supervision.
• Update trackers and incident records; document fixes and communicate status to users.
• Shadow senior team members and participate in training.
