Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology lessons across Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level
Apply evidence‑informed teaching strategies aligned with cognitive science principles
Develop students' practical skills in design, engineering concepts, and product development
Monitor and assess student progress using data to inform targeted interventions
Contribute to curriculum development and innovation within the department
Promote safe workshop and laboratory practices
Support enrichment activities and contribute to the wider school community

Ideal Profile
