Qualifications

• Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare clinics is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, people management, and business skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinic revenue, collections, consumption, and overall business targets.
• Manage and motivate the clinic team to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, resources, inventory, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Kaya SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
• Monitor customer experience and resolve escalated client complaints.
• Review team performance and provide coaching and development.
• Manage clinic reporting, P&L, and operational efficiency.
