  • Support month-end and quarter-end valuation processes, financial close activities, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of valuation methodologies, pricing assumptions, model changes, and investigation outcomes.
  • Assist with model validation, sensitivity analysis, back-testing, and periodic reviews of valuation methodologies.
  • Identify weaknesses in valuation controls and recommend enhancements to pricing processes, data quality, and governance frameworks.
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and requests relating to derivatives valuation and fair value measurement.
  • Contribute to automation and improvement of valuation workflows, analytical tools, and reporting processes.

  • Knowledge of fair value measurement under IFRS 13 or relevant accounting standards, along with an understanding of IFRS 9 where applicable.
  • Familiarity with valuation adjustments, including CVA, DVA, funding valuation adjustment (FVA), and other relevant adjustments.
  • Experience with market data providers, derivatives pricing systems, and financial risk platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative analytical skills; experience with Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of model risk management, independent valuation controls, and financial reporting governance.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CQF, or equivalent professional credentials are desirable.
