We are seeking a Head of Product & Marketing to lead both strategic marketing and product functions. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines driving market growth and brand positioning with shaping and enhancing the company’s trading product offering in a highly competitive and regulated environment.
Responsibilities
As a Head of Product & Marketing, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute a global marketing strategy to build brand awareness, client acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, performance, and offline).
- Strengthen visibility through PR, partnerships, industry events, and thought leadership.
- Deliver ROI-focused performance marketing using analytics and reporting.
- Ensure content, creative, and communications meet regulatory standards.
Product Leadership
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management across trading platforms and services.
- Partner with technology, sales, and operations to align product development with client needs and compliance.
- Lead initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring competitive edge and innovation.
- Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to refine product strategy.
- Enhance client experience through UX / UI improvements.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and inspire high-performing marketing and product teams.
- Align closely with senior leadership to execute company vision.
- Manage budgets, agencies, and external vendors effectively.
- Represent the company with partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership in marketing and / or product within prop trading (MUST HAVE).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, trading platforms, or fintech products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Commercially astute with the ability to balance innovation, growth, and compliance.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
