Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years derivatives structuring, trading, or product development.
- Experience across TradFi derivatives and on-chain equivalents.
- Understanding of Bitcoin derivatives markets: Deribit, CME, and OTC.
- Regulatory awareness of derivatives under MiCA, ADGM, or SEC frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the Interest One derivatives product suite.
- Build product term sheets templates and pricing frameworks.
- Manage exchange and OTC counterparty relationships for derivatives execution.
- Develop regulatory compliance framework for derivatives products.
- Produce marketing materials for derivatives products.
- Monitor derivatives market developments and competitive positioning.
