Job summary

PROACTIVE LINK is seeking a commercially driven Business Unit Manager to grow our dental and medical equipment business in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Dentist with strong UAE market connections and a proven track record in sales, marketing, business development and leadership.

You will lead sales and marketing strategies, develop new business across clinics and hospitals, manage key accounts, drive product launches, and oversee the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue

Qualifications

• Must hold BDS, DDS, DMD or equivalent (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in dental equipment/industry.
• Proven sales and business development track record.
• Strong knowledge of UAE dental market and established network.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing strategy and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop new business across dental clinics, hospitals, healthcare groups, and dental laboratories.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and decision-makers.
• Drive product promotion, launches, exhibitions, conferences, and educational events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and support major projects and commercial agreements.
• Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
