Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading dental solutions company to appoint a Regional Business Development Leader for the MEA region. The role focuses on driving growth across CAD/CAM imaging, treatment centres and instruments, leading regional launches, and guiding distributor networks from base in Dubai or Saudi Arabia.

You will train and coach distributor teams, shape commercial planning, forecasting and pricing, and collaborate with marketing, regulatory and education teams to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 7+ years' commercial experience in dental industry (BD, product management, or related roles).
• Strong CAD/CAM, dental imaging, or digital dentistry experience.
• Previous team management or people leadership experience.
• Regional business development experience in MEA.
• Experience developing distributor networks across MEA.
• Experience training and coaching distributors and their teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 7+ years' commercial experience within the dental industry in business development, product management or related commercial roles.
• Strong experience with CAD/CAM, dental imaging, digital dentistry and/or dental equipment.
• Previous team management or people leadership experience.
• Proven experience in a regional business development role covering the Middle East & Africa.
• Experience working with and developing distributor networks across MEA.
• Proven experience training and coaching distributors and their commercial teams.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Applicants must currently be based in Dubai, UAE or Saudi Arabia with local work experience.
