Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the daily operation of a designated kitchen section and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to Rosewood standards. You will help maintain quality, safety, and efficiency while collaborating with the culinary brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

You will work under the Junior Sous Chef, grow your culinary expertise, and contribute to a luxury hotel dining program known for craftsmanship and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional culinary environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or quality-focused restaurant.
• Passion for food, culinary techniques, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and is eager to continue developing culinary expertise.
• Communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of an assigned kitchen section, ensuring readiness for all service periods.
• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace organization.
• Monitor product quality, portion control, and proper storage of ingredients and prepared items.
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment while supporting operational objectives.
