Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the daily operation of an assigned kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to Rosewood standards.

You will maintain food safety, hygiene, and efficiency while collaborating with the culinary brigade and reporting to the Junior Sous Chef. English communication is essential; luxury hotel experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in a professional culinary environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or quality-focused restaurant.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and effective English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operation of an assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace organization.
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment while supporting operational objectives.
