Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the daily operation of a kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to Rosewood standards and served to guests.

You will uphold food safety, quality, and efficiency while assisting kitchen leadership and contributing to exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. English communication is essential; previous luxury hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• You have experience working in a professional culinary environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or quality-focused restaurant.
• You possess strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• You communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of an assigned kitchen section ensuring readiness for all service periods.
• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety sanitation hygiene and workplace organization.
• Monitor product quality portion control and proper storage of ingredients and prepared items.
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
