Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Waterfront is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to lead and support all food production in the designated station. You will ensure dishes meet quality standards, manage portions, and assist the Sous Chef in maintaining cost controls and consistent presentation.

The ideal candidate has hotel kitchen experience, formal culinary training, and the ability to work flexible shifts across kitchen sections.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary training or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work shifts across kitchen sections.

Responsibilities

• Works on all food production in the kitchen/area of responsibility as designated by their direct manager and manages shifts where required by the Chef de Partie/ Sous Chef.
• Maximises guest satisfaction by providing the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins of the hotel kitchen.
• Assures adherence to Radisson Blu standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
