Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality and ensure temperatures of appliances and food meet safety guidelines.
• Set up and break down work stations; maintain clean and organized kitchen area.
• Communicate clearly with team and follow safety procedures.
