Job summary

Renascence is seeking a Junior Consultant in Dubai to transition from supporting tasks to owning project work. You’ll structure problems, run analyses, and develop recommendations with guidance from senior colleagues. The role offers hybrid work in Dubai and rapid growth across industries.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical instincts, clear communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment with 0–2 years of experience, or an equally proven aptitude.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving instincts.
• Confident written and verbal communication; you can explain a finding simply.
• Comfort working with data and translating it into insight.
• Curiosity, ownership and a willingness to learn fast in an unfamiliar domain.
• Around 0-2 years in consulting, analytics or a similarly rigorous environment (or a record that proves the aptitude).

Responsibilities

• Own discrete workstream tasks end-to-end with light supervision, from framing through to a finished output.
• Structure ambiguous problems into logical components and decide what analysis actually answers the question.
• Gather and interrogate data, then draft client-ready findings, slides and short recommendations.
• Contribute actively in workshops and client sessions — capturing decisions and synthesising them into next steps.
• Build simple models and frameworks that make a complex situation easier to reason about.
• Pressure-test your own conclusions and defend the 'so what' behind every chart and claim.
• Collaborate across the team, sharing progress clearly and asking for input at the right moments.
