Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven portfolio showing user-centred design thinking and problem solving.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Drive product vision and experience strategy across key journeys.
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive solutions.
• Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, flows, and interaction specs.
• Ensure accessible, scalable experiences across platforms.
• Collaborate with researchers, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Present design rationale to senior leadership.
