Job summary

Renascence is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead workstreams end-to-end, shaping the narrative of deliverables and maintaining high-quality outputs. You will mentor junior colleagues, manage day-to-day client contact, and apply design thinking to ambiguous problems.

About the role

As a Senior Consultant you lead workstreams and shape the story a deliverable tells. You work at genuine ambiguity, apply design thinking and structured problem-solving, mentor the people around you, and hold the line on quality. You are trusted with the client relationship inside your workstream.

What you'll do

• Lead one or more workstreams end-to-end and own their quality, narrative and outcome.
• Apply design thinking and structured problem-solving to problems with real ambiguity and stakes.
• Shape the overall storyline of a deliverable, not just the individual analyses within it.
• Mentor junior team members, review their work and raise the bar on rigour.
• Manage day-to-day client contact within your workstream, building trust and handling pushback.
• Anticipate risks to the engagement and propose how to mitigate them before they **escalate**.
• Contribute to proposals and firm knowledge, packaging what works into reusable assets.

What you'll bring

Working arrangement

This is a contract engagement based in Dubai, worked on a hybrid basis — a blend of on-site collaboration and remote focus time, structured around project delivery rather than a fixed schedule.
