Job summary

Executive Solutions in the UAE is seeking a results-driven delegate sales professional for conference event revenue growth in Dubai. You will collaborate with the assistant sales manager to meet KPIs and drive new client engagement across multiple events.

The role requires strong phone-based presentation skills, a proactive attitude, and a proven ability to negotiate with senior executives. Minimum 1 year in delegate sales is preferred for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate delegate sales revenue in line with targets & objectives.
• Work with assistant sales manager to meet KPIs consistently.
• Ensure goals and targets are met.
• Identify telesales and delegate sales growth opportunities.
• Delegate profiling for each event selling.
• Build rapport with existing and new clientele.
• Collaborate with Producers, Marketing and Sponsorship teams to meet targets.

Job description

• - Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
• - Work with assistant sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
• - Ensures that goals and targets are met
• - Identifies telesales and delegate sales potential market growth opportunity
• - Responsible for delegate profiling for each event selling (Identifies job titles relevant to each event selling)
• - Helps to build rapport with existing and build new clientele database
• - Works closely with Producers, Marketing and Sponsorship team working on the same events to ensure targets are met

• - Candidates should have experience in conference sales, business to business sales, media sales, ad sales, intangible sales, consultative selling, publishing, trade show sales, interactive media sales and or event sales preferred.
• - Strong phone based presentation skills
• - Positive attitude
• - Confident contract negotiator able to work with senior level executives
• - Minimum of 1 year of Delegate Sales experience preferably in the conference industry
• - Ability to work independently and be self driven
• - Excel at managing multiple tasks at one time and perform in a high energy, fast paced environment
• - General administrative functions
