Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd seeks a Senior Planning Engineer - Delay Analysis to lead planning, programme monitoring, and delay assessments for major projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will work with project leads, contractor planners, and cost control teams to ensure accurate progress snapshots and timely decision-making.

The role requires extensive CPM expertise, proven experience with time-related claims, and close collaboration with stakeholders to support contract administration and dispute

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 20 years of demonstrable experience supervising planning for large-scale projects.
Middle East consulting experience required.
Strong knowledge of CPM analysis and programme monitoring.
Experience with extensions of time assessments and disputes.

Responsibilities

Review construction scope, quantities, and sequencing.
Perform CPM analysis of contractor programmes.
Prepare progress reports and critical path analyses.
Assess programme risks and potential mitigations.
Support negotiations and dispute resolution.
